    Join us for Mishcon de Reya’s Leap Tech Forum ‘Going for Growth’ – a morning of panel discussions, presentations and workshops for fast-growth tech companies looking to scale.

    The morning session will include:

    ‘In conversation with Sarah Wood’

    A discussion and live Q&A with the founder of Unruly, the video ad tech company that sold for £114m in 2015.

    A panel discussion with tech company founders of Leap 100 companies:

    Eamon Jubbawy, co-founder of Onfido and James Chappell, co-founder of Digital Shadows.

    Silverpeak presentation

    A presentation from Silverpeak, the independent investment bank that specialises in advising innovative, fast-growing technology companies on M&A and financing transactions.

    Silverpeak will provide an overview of current M&A trends and valuation metrics and how to achieve a strategic value when looking to exit.

    Legal workshops

    A series of workshops, hosted by Mishcon de Reya experts, on key legal issues for tech companies looking to achieve fast growth, including:

    Raising Finance
    The GDPR & Data Protection
    Employment & Incentivisation

    Hosted at Mishcon de Reya’s offices in Holborn, this event will connect tech founders, stimulate practical discussion and offer legal insights that will enable tech businesses to go for growth.

    Guests are welcome to join at any point in the course of the morning.

    Refreshments will be provided throughout the event.

    Programme

    8am-9am: Sarah Wood in conversation with Elliot Moss, Director of Business Development at Mishcon de Reya, including a panel discussion with tech founders from the Leap 100.

    9.15am-9.45am: A presentation from Silverpeak on current M&A trends and how to maximise the value of your business when exiting.

    10am-11am: A series of workshops from 10am-11am, hosted by experts from law firm Mishcon de Reya, on the key legal issues for tech companies.

    Sarah Wood OBE, Unruly

    Sarah Wood
    Sarah is co-founder and CEO of video ad tech company Unruly. Unruly has a presence across 20 different locations, employs 300 people and was acquired by News Corp in September 2015.
    Sarah has been voted Business Insider’s #3 Coolest Woman in Tech, Veuve Clicquot’s Businesswoman of the Year and one of Ad Age’s 20 Women to Watch in Europe. She is a member of Tech City’s Entrepreneur Advisory Panel and a technology ambassador for London. Sarah was awarded an OBE in June 2016.
