This breakfast will cover how to develop mutually beneficial relationships with investors; the aim being to understand how to maximise the value of the relationship – and your business.
At this breakfast you will hear from:

- Omar Kayat, partner from Graphite Capital, on how to identify the right investors for your next stage of growth and how to establish a ‘win/win’ relationship from the outset;
- Nadim Meer, private equity partner at Mishcon de Reya, on how best to prepare for, and navigate through, the transaction process, the most common areas of tension with investors post-deal and how to deal with them.
The session will be led by Philip Salter, founder of The Entrepreneur’s Network, and all attendees will be invited to take part in a roundtable discussion to share experiences and ideas.
